Navigate

Visit the Client Portal

Open your browser and go to the portal URL. You'll see the Spark Alliance Portal login screen with three sign-in options.

Click "Email Link" — this is the easiest way to sign in. No password required, and no Microsoft or Google account needed.

Enter Your Email

Type your email address & click "Get Log In Token"

After clicking Email Link, you'll see a form asking for your email address. Enter the email address associated with your account and click the button.

Check Your Inbox

Open the email & copy your Log In Token

Check your email inbox for a message from Spark Alliance Inc. Inside you'll find a short token code — a one-time code that's valid for one hour.

Copy or write down the token code (e.g., 62NBKR). You'll enter it back in the portal in the next step. The token is valid for one hour and can only be used once.

Go back to the portal & enter your token code

Return to the portal login screen. Click "I already have a token" if needed, then type or paste your token code into the field and submit.

Tip: If you don't see the token field right away, click the "I already have a token" link on the Email Link screen. The token is not case-sensitive — just type the letters and numbers exactly as shown in your email.

After entering your token, you'll be automatically signed in — no password needed. You'll land on your Spark Alliance Client Portal dashboard with access to your org chart project and all your company resources.
